SMP Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

By booking and submitting payment for an SMP service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

SMP appointments require several hours of dedicated time and are reserved exclusively for each client. Once an appointment is booked, that time is removed from our schedule and may no longer be available to other clients.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your SMP appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $500 cancellation and reserved-time fee will be retained from your payment. Any remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Same-Day Cancellation or Backing Out:
If you arrive for your scheduled appointment and decide not to proceed with the SMP treatment for any reason, including after consultation, preparation, paperwork, hairline design, or mapping has begun, $500 will be retained for the appointment time reserved specifically for you. Any remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

No-Show:
Failure to appear for your scheduled appointment without proper notice will result in a $500 fee being retained from your payment.

Refunds of any remaining eligible balance will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times are determined by your bank or payment provider.

Acceptance of Terms:
By completing your booking and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
