Client Payment Policy

Welcome to Elite Blendz! To ensure a seamless experience for all of our valued clients, please review the following payment and appointment policies.

1. Prepaid Services
- All services must be paid for in full at the time of booking. This policy helps us maintain efficient scheduling and ensures that your appointment is secured.

2. All Sales Are Final
- All payments for services are **non-refundable**. Once your payment is processed, it is final, regardless of circumstances. If you have any concerns about your service, please address them during your appointment so we can resolve them immediately.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must do so at least **48 hours before** your scheduled appointment time.
- **Failure to Reschedule/Cancellations within 48 Hours:** If you do not reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance, your payment will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

4. No-Shows
- If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, your payment will be forfeited, and no refunds will be provided. You will need to make a new payment to book a future appointment.

5. Late Arrivals
- Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may lose their appointment slot and their payment, with no refund provided. We recommend arriving on time to ensure you receive the full service experience.

6. Respect for Staff and Clients
- We expect all clients to treat our staff and other patrons with courtesy and respect. Inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service without refund.
