Order Processing

All orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

At checkout, you will be able to select from available shipping options based on your delivery preferences.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen events.

International Shipping

We now offer shipping to select international destinations.

International shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times vary by country and shipping method selected, and may range from 5–14 business days depending on destination.

Please note:

  • Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery windows.
  • Import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping rates for international orders are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking confirms the carrier has received the package, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.

Elite Blendz is not liable for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered after they have been accepted by the carrier. However, if you experience an issue, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim or locating the package.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
